They are great with communication and have a whole client portal where you can do a wedding day timeline, a song play list, a do not play list, and play if there’s time list. It was so easy to use and convenient. Our wedding day went so smoothly. Everything from the grand march to the first dances were right on target and they even made special announcements for group pictures we wanted w all of our college friends In the lobby.
